Welcome to Pproma.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pproma application, website and related services ("Platform").

By registering for an account or using Pproma, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Pproma

Pproma is a professional networking and production collaboration platform designed to connect professionals and businesses involved in printing and related production activities.

The Platform may allow members to:

• Create production projects.
• Publish requirements.
• Submit quotations.
• Receive quotations.
• Select professionals or businesses.
• Assign production work.
• Communicate regarding projects.
• Track project progress.
• Exchange project files.
• Rate participating professionals.
• Build professional connections.

Pproma acts as a technology platform and facilitator.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Pproma is not itself the printer, supplier, contractor, designer, manufacturer or service provider performing the work.

2. Eligibility

To use member features, you must provide accurate information and meet any applicable age, legal and account requirements.

If you register on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to represent that organization.

3. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate account information.
• Protecting your password and authentication credentials.
• Preventing unauthorized use of your account.
• Not sharing your account with unauthorized persons.
• Not creating fraudulent or duplicate accounts.

Pproma may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activities.

4. Professional Profiles

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information displayed on their professional or company profiles.

You must not falsely claim:

• Qualifications
• Certifications
• Machinery
• Production capabilities
• Business relationships
• Experience
• Reviews
• Previous projects

Pproma may request verification or supporting information where necessary.

5. Projects

Members may create projects containing printing and production requirements.

Project creators are responsible for ensuring that:

• Requirements are accurate.
• Quantities and specifications are correct.
• Uploaded files are legitimate and authorized for use.
• Delivery requirements are clearly stated.
• Project information does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Pproma does not guarantee that every project will receive quotations.

6. Quotations

Members may submit quotations for projects.

A quotation may include:

• Price
• Production timeline
• Delivery timeline
• Terms
• Material information
• Other relevant conditions

Pproma does not guarantee that the lowest quotation will be selected.

Project creators are responsible for evaluating quotations and selecting the professional or business they consider appropriate.

7. Project Assignment

A project creator may assign a project or individual production stages to one or more participating professionals.

Some projects may require multiple professionals to complete different stages.

Once a project is assigned, participants are expected to communicate clearly and perform their agreed responsibilities.

Pproma may provide tools to record project status but does not guarantee the quality, accuracy or completion of work performed by members.

8. Production Status

The Platform may provide status options such as:

• Pending
• Waiting for Material
• Waiting for Artwork
• Technical Issue
• In Progress
• Quality Check
• Ready for Delivery
• Waiting for Payment
• Completed
• Cancelled
• Failed

Available statuses may change as the Platform develops.

Status information entered by members is provided by those members and should not automatically be treated as independently verified information.

9. Communication

Pproma may provide project discussions, chat and status communication features.

Users must use these features professionally.

Users must not use Pproma to:

• Harass other members.
• Send spam.
• Distribute malicious software.
• Threaten other users.
• Conduct fraudulent activities.
• Share unlawful content.
• Circumvent platform security.

10. Ratings and Reviews

Ratings and reviews are intended to encourage professional accountability.

Users should provide honest and fair feedback based on genuine business interactions.

Users must not:

• Create fake reviews.
• Manipulate ratings.
• Threaten another member to obtain a favorable rating.
• Offer false reviews in exchange for benefits.
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings.

Pproma may remove ratings or reviews that violate these Terms.

11. Files and Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they upload, subject to the rights necessary to operate the Platform.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to upload, share and use any artwork, photographs, documents, designs, logos, trademarks or other material you submit.

You must not upload content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, design rights or other intellectual-property rights.

Pproma may remove content that is reasonably believed to violate these Terms or applicable law.

12. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use Pproma to:

• Commit fraud.
• Impersonate another person or company.
• Create fake accounts.
• Manipulate invitations or connection rewards.
• Manipulate ratings or reviews.
• Upload malware.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Reverse engineer protected systems where prohibited by law.
• Scrape or harvest user information without authorization.
• Send unsolicited bulk communications.
• Conduct illegal transactions.
• Upload unlawful or infringing material.
• Circumvent subscription restrictions.
• Abuse promotional offers.

13. Membership and Subscription

Pproma currently provides the following membership structure.

Initial Free Membership

Every newly created eligible account receives: 1 month free membership.

Referral/Connection Reward

Eligible members may receive: 1 additional free month for every 10 qualifying invites and connections.

Pproma may define qualifying invitations and connections and may exclude duplicate, fraudulent, inactive, self-created or abusive accounts.

Paid Plans

Current subscription prices are:

These are the current subscription prices and may be changed in the future based on market conditions, operating costs, platform development, promotional strategy or other business requirements.

Any revised pricing will generally apply to future subscription purchases or renewal periods, subject to applicable law and the terms communicated at the time of purchase.

Client / Customer Accounts

Members registered under the Client / Customer role — who post production requirements and receive quotations rather than perform production work — currently have full, free access to Pproma, with no trial period limit and no paid subscription required. Paid plans apply to the professional and vendor roles on the Platform (printers, designers, paper and stationery suppliers, finishing and other production-service providers). Pproma may revise this policy in the future, subject to notice through the Platform.

14. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

Subscription cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the applicable subscription terms, payment provider policies and applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle a member to a refund for an already-used subscription period.

Pproma may provide specific refund terms at the time of purchase.

15. Third-Party Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Pproma may not have access to complete payment-card or banking credentials processed directly by such providers.

Users must comply with the payment provider's applicable terms.

16. Platform Availability

We aim to keep Pproma available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance
• Upgrades
• Server issues
• Network problems
• Security incidents
• Third-party service failures
• Events beyond our reasonable control

17. No Guarantee of Business Results

Pproma provides tools for networking, project discovery, quotations and production coordination.

However, Pproma does not guarantee:

• A minimum number of projects.
• A minimum number of quotations.
• Business revenue.
• Successful project completion.
• Vendor availability.
• Customer acquisition.
• Quality of work performed by another member.

Business decisions remain the responsibility of the participating users.

18. Member-to-Member Transactions

Transactions between members are primarily agreements between those members.

Users should independently verify:

• Pricing
• Specifications
• Production capability
• Delivery timelines
• Payment terms
• Business credentials
• Quality requirements

Pproma may provide technology to facilitate these interactions but is not automatically a party to every transaction.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pproma shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or business losses arising from:

• Member-to-member transactions.
• Production delays.
• Printing errors.
• Material shortages.
• Quality disputes.
• Missed deadlines.
• Payment disputes between members.
• Loss of business.
• Loss of profits.
• User-generated content.
• Third-party service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

20. Account Suspension or Termination

Pproma may suspend, restrict or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the user:

• Violated these Terms.
• Engaged in fraud or abuse.
• Manipulated the platform.
• Created security risks.
• Provided materially false information.
• Used the Platform unlawfully.
• Abused another member.

Where appropriate, users may be given an opportunity to resolve the issue.

21. Changes to Pproma

Pproma may modify, improve, add or remove features from the Platform.

The Platform may evolve as the needs of the production industry and its members change.

Some features may become paid features in the future, while others may be discontinued or replaced.

22. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

Updated Terms will be made available through the Platform.

Continued use of Pproma after applicable changes become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.

23. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Any dispute-resolution provisions may be further specified by Pproma as the business and legal structure of the platform is finalized.
